Bieber says, “Happy Holiday,” underneath photo of Rihanna.
Stirring up a storm may be all he’s doing. In a previous Instagram post Bieber makes it clear that he’s single and says,
“People are crazy. I’m super single and this is my good friend u would know otherwise.”
