iTunes Connect developers have been encountering other user accounts after logging in to their own accounts on January 29, 2015.
More specifically after a user logs in, a user is redirected to another users account and able to see their basic stats and information.
The issue has been reportedly going on since 8 a.m. and iTunes Connect is offline.
Users are currently unable to login while the issue is being addressed.
Update: iTunes Connect is back online January 29, 2014, 3 p.m.
