Houston – A UPS driver was caught throwing packages over a fence, then urinated on the owners home in the Heights area.
Ben Lucas, the recipient, captured the UPS driver on January 8, 2015 with security cameras he setup around his home.
“So basically I paid someone to come to my house and pee on it,” Lucas said.
Lucas reached out to UPS about hundreds of dollars of damage to his package and the drivers disregard to his property. Lucas offered to deliver the video via email, but found no resolve.
It wasn’t until he posted his video to social media that UPS responded.
At that point a UPS Divisional Manager called Lucas with an apology. The manager offered a gift package.
Lucas was only looking for an apology and reassurance that it would never happen again.
The Divisional Manager let Lucas know the UPS driver was fired.
