Juice is not fruit

Juice is not fruit; unless you juice it yourself, watched it be juiced or know who juiced it: AVOID IT.

The benefits of juice have been pasteurized and stabilized, and the benefits decrease. Almost all juice has undergone deoxygenation to maintain freshness allowing it to sit in storage for more than a year where it loses its inherent nutrition, especially vitamin C.

Also, remember that it takes about four to five apples to make a cup of juice. That’s a lot of natural sugar. So even if you juice it yourself, juice should be offered as a treat, not an all day beverage.
